Our crew supports every part of a production – from steelhands for stage construction and stagehands for the setup and teardown of event technology, to the site crew ensuring the necessary infrastructure on location. We also provide staff for artist support and catering. This way, we make sure every event is delivered professionally and runs smoothly.

His skills include on-site management, supervising, stage construction, set building, and stage management. He never leaves the house without his (B)EAR-pods. Special skill: kickflips and trailer Tetris.

Project Lead
With the team since day one.
Rigging & stage construction, on-site assistance.
She can color-code Excel sheets like Picasso.
The pink copper hammer on the left? That’s hers—keeps it from disappearing and doubles as a little statement piece.
Special skill: As the mama bear, she always knows when coffee is needed and has a listening ear for the crew.
Gabriel Giese
Project Lead
Part of the team since September 2018.
As the first event technician trained through Bear Hands Crew GmbH, he works in production as a lighting technician and sound operator, but also as a forklift and lift driver. Even without his Duspol tester, he makes sure all resources are in the right place.
Special skill: stoicism and task management.

Authorized signatory, staff scheduling (dispo), forklift and lift operator.
In HR, he loves playing dispo and vehicle Tetris, but he can also coil cables left or right. Nothing works without a proper computer mouse.

The Bearhands build events of all kinds. From concerts and festivals to trade-fair booths — everything is included. We support the on-site technicians and help create great projects.
If you’ve always dreamed of a job in the event industry but aren’t sure yet whether it’s right for you, this is exactly the right start. Many technicians previously worked as stagehands and that’s how they discovered their passion for this industry in themselves…
